Who may utilize TLC Senior Ride's services?
TLC Senior Ride currently services customers in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Stay tuned as we expand and add more markets.
Where will TLC Senior Ride take me?
TLC Senior Ride will take you anywhere you need to go within the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Whether you need to go to the bank or to visit your grandchildren, we'll get you there.
What if I want to go somewhere after your service hours?
We will do our best to accommodate your requests. All requests taking place after our service hours are required to utilize the private transportation option.
How do I pay for my services?
You may purchase individual ride tickets or ticket books (in 10 and 20 round trip ride increments) either over the phone, by mail or on the shuttle itself.
At this time, our drivers can only accept cash and personal checks for services. However, cash, cashiers checks and credit cards are accepted by mail and credit card orders can be placed over the phone.
What if I lose my ticket booklet?
TLC Senior Ride will track your ticket booklet purchases and usage. We will do our best to replace your lost tickets, provided you purchased them under your name and they were purchased within a three month time frame.
How do I know the drivers are safe?
At TLC Senior Ride we truly understand and respect the need for security to build the trust of our clients. We employ a third party investigative firm to perform a national criminal background and personal profile check on each candidate. All of our drivers also must pass regular third-party drug screenings at random throughout the year. Our drivers also must have a verified clear driving record for at least 5 years.
