TLC Senior Ride Inc. will do our best to meet your scheduling needs. To ensure your preferred booking time is met, please schedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

Shuttle Service and Delivery Hours:

Shuttle service is available Monday through Friday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Customers needing service before or after our service hours are required to utilize the private service at a rate of $30 per hour.

Private Transportation:

Private transportation is available during normal business hours, as well as evenings and weekends (with advance notice).

Weekend and Evening Bookings:

Weekend transportation must be booked no later than Thursday at 2 p.m. to ensure availability. Please provide 48 hour notification for early morning or evening bookings.

Errand Services:

We require a minimum 24 hour booking for delivery and errand services. Our service hours are as follows:

• Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
